Systems we cover

Fire Alarm

Capture device counts, mounting heights, candela ratings, and circuit assignments against the floor plan. Generate riser diagrams and submittal-ready device schedules.

Access Control

Document readers, door positions, REX devices, electric strikes, and panel locations. Map credential reach and door schedules across multi-floor and multi-building sites.

Video Surveillance

Place cameras on plan with field-of-view geometry, document mounting heights, lens choices, and IR coverage. Cable and PoE planning included.

Intrusion Detection

Document motion sensors, glass-break sensors, contacts, keypads, and panels with zone assignments. Walk-test annotations stay tied to the device record.

Nurse Call

Capture pull stations, dome lights, staff stations, and corridor displays per room. Code-required device verification and zone documentation built in.

About PlotDock

PlotDock is built and operated by Carbide Coding LLC, a software studio based in Wichita, Kansas. Our focus is the trades that consumer software ignores — the people responsible for life-safety and security systems in commercial and institutional buildings.

The product was designed around how site surveys actually happen: walking the building with a phone or tablet in hand, marking up plans, capturing photos against device records, and producing the deliverable later. PlotDock keeps the field experience fast and the office output organized.

We're in our launch period. Corporate plans are available now via Stripe billing — contact support@plotdock.app to get set up. Individual subscriptions on the Apple App Store and Google Play will follow once our payment integrations complete final review.

Our published policies live in dedicated documents so they can be versioned and referenced precisely:

Privacy Policy — what we collect, how we use it, your data rights (GDPR, CCPA), retention, security, third parties.
Terms of Service — subscription model, cancellation, IAP cancellation when upgrading to Corporate, free trial and the one-per-account rule, read-only state, six-month data wipe, governing law (Kansas).

Corporate billing cancellation, seat-change rules, and the failed-payment grace-period schedule live in the Terms of Service section 11.
